Matri Healers primarily offers digital services such as energy healing sessions, yoga services, products.
If physical items (e.g., crystals, healing tools) are purchased:

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping (India): Delivery typically within 5–10 business days.
International Shipping: Timelines vary by location.
Tracking: Tracking details will be provided via email/watsapp/text once shipped.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments/Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
No-Shows or Late Cancellations: No refund will be provided.
Physical Products: As an eco-friendly brand, we do not offer refunds or returns on physical products. Every item is carefully inspected multiple times and are energized too before shipping to ensure you receive the highest effective quality product.
Exception: If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product, and we will offer a suitable resolution.
